Graduation Week!!

This past week was very busy with several graduations going on at MIU. On Tuesday, Mongolia International School where Kathy works had its graduation ceremony. MIS is the high school extension of MIU. This was the first year, so things are just getting started. But big strides were made in the school.

On Wednesday the Pre-Graduation Celebration was held. This has been a yearly thing preceeding the MIU graduation ceremony. This year the fashion design department held its fashion show. Amazing fashions! Mongolia is not behind in the fashion industry, creating some innovative, lovely dresses for women as well as some "interesting" dresses as well... :) Also at the pre-graduation celebration a freshman band played a few numbers and the guest singer from Korea, Sunny Kim, sang a few numbers. The evening was super... :)

On Friday the Mongolia International University graduation ceremony was held. You can see some photos of the time. As in any university, MIU has seen so much hard work from the teachers and students. MIU is young and there are still many improvements that can and will be made. Nevertheless, there is a true sense of unity, love and hope among the students and teachers. There are so many wonderful things about MIU!
